Many times in the morning I played the radio and when there was a song I really liked I turned it up really loud. So when I came out of my room he was there in the kitchen with his juice and he was doing his funny dance moves and the funniest faces. He always made me laugh he had a great sense of humor and he was just so creative and he always knew how to make someone laugh.

Some of the best years of my life I spent hanging out on my dad’s lap. He always made me crack a smile, break out into a giggle, and sing at the top of my lungs. I remember how he always used to rub my cheeks chanting, "this is my little milk skin." His eagerness to get involved blew me away whether he was coaching my soccer or softball team. We may not have won every single game but his positive attitude and love for the sport had everyone cheering on the sidelines. I will never forget his willingness to be there whether I was coughing sick on the school phone or playing a championship basketball game. Whatever it took he would be there speeding down the highway to come and get his little girl. And who could ever forget his love for food. He always turned me on to new food trends and odd sorts of treats. Though some were a little too greasy and others were too tasteless it was always the thought that counted. Dad had a little bit of everything in him, a little bit of stubbornness, a tiny bit of anger, a pinch of annoyance but a whole lot of love.
